at least for Tumbleweed it might work.
But I do not give any guarantee.
You can try it from here:
https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/ecsos/openSUSE_Tumbleweed
Then please give me feedback if it works.
I have Tumbleweed only in a VM and if it works there I am not so sure.
