Once there is a MR pending upstream you can submit the package with a refer=
ence
to the MR.

Technically having separate plasma(5)-pass and plasma6-pass is the ideal
way, but in this case I think we can just ignore the issue. Plasma 5 users =
on
Leap might just as well use the version provided by the distro.
