i found a workaround:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=2464779

there is a software called "vista-profile-pack" which installs a new
firmware to the bluetooth device to support bluetooth-mouses and
keyboards at bios-time.
and after that installed, the linux drivers only see that mouse &
keyboard, and can't handle the device as normal bluetooth-device.

i had to downgrade firmware, to make it work under linux.
it now works under linux, but not under vista any more.
but i can/must live with that, until the linux-drivers are aware of the
new firmware.....
