Hi all, does anyone have an IBM X40? 10.2 was running great, but 10.3 gives me problems with 1) the external display: I cannot use F7 anymore to do the switching 2) suspend: It works only the first time after boot. If I suspend a second time, then the laptop hangs while trying to suspend and I cannot re-animate it. 3) I have not tested the media-slice. Furthermore, in the bootlog I can see that nvram and acpid cannot agree on the brightness level of the screen. As a consequence, I had some trouble setting the brightness level. The brightness problem has vanished, however, since recently. I don't know why (perhaps because I removed the gnome applet for the brightness control, but haven't verified). Does anyone have the same issues? Any ideas? Volker
