This is a multi-part message in MIME format. --------------010107060607050501020309 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Hi all, maybe someone got a hint for me: normally ifconfig shows the vmnet8 device that vmware uses for NAT networking. when I switch the profile with scpm, the vmnet8 device disappears, and even restarting vmware does not bring it back. after a reboot however it is back. I can see no error messages in /var/log/messages. how can I make vmnet8 survive the scheme switch?? thanks, martin --------------010107060607050501020309 Content-Type: text/x-vcard; charset=utf-8; name="mkraegeloh.vcf" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="mkraegeloh.vcf" begin:vcard fn:Martin Kraegeloh n:Kraegeloh;Martin adr:;;Am Alten Pfarrhof 24;Oberbergkirchen;;84564;Germany email;internet:[email protected] tel;work:+49 8637 985806 tel;cell:+49 160 98943453 x-mozilla-html:FALSE version:2.1 end:vcard --------------010107060607050501020309--
