Acroread and Japanese Support

By standard, acroread is not able to display japanese PDF-files (e.g. 
http://www.nihonkiin.or.jp/ad/05catalogue/pdf/p02.pdf). On the Adobe webside 
there is a tar-file with the required fonts. But where to install this fonts? 
Or much better, can't this be part of the SuSE distribution?
