/usr/X11R6/bin/acroread is just the start script for acroread, the
other two are duplicates because of convenience symlinks:

mfabian@magellan:~$ ll /usr/bin/X11
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root 12  8  8 19:45 /usr/bin/X11 -> ../X11R6/bin/
mfabian@magellan:~$ ll /usr/X11
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root 5  8  8 19:45 /usr/X11 -> X11R6/
mfabian@magellan:~$

    /usr/X11R6/lib/Acrobat7

is the correct directory.

If you check with

    rpm -ql acroread

you see that almost everything belonging to acroread7 is in that
directory.
