SCIM and TCL/TK

Hi,

I have a problem with SCIM and TCL/TK. I have an application that does
not get any keyboard events if SCIM is active. I think it is based on
TCL/TK and the reason might be a bug described here:

Are there any recent rpms that incorporate this fix?

Or is there something else I could do?
