I was mistaken, in fact there are updated rpm available. They are
here:

    ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/tcl/8.4.12/

For 10.0-i386 in the sub-directory:

    ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/tcl/8.4.12/10.0-i386

Reinhard Max <[email protected]> (CC:) is planning to upload new Tcl/Tk rpms
including as soon as Tcl/Tk 8.4.13 is released. This should
be in a few days. I.e. you will soon find Tcl/Tk 8.4.13 in

    ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/tcl

and 8.4.13 will also have this fix included.
