Yes I am using OS 10.2

I have installed the firefly and uninstalled the ttf-founder fonts, but there 
is still the problem, that for example konqueror uses only unscalable chinese 
fonts. When I want to increase the font-size only the latin text will be 
increased.

fc-list ":lang=zh-CN:scalable=true" gives the following output:
  AR PL New Sung,文鼎ＰＬ新宋:style=Regular
  AR PL SungtiL GB,文鼎ＰＬ简报宋:style=Regular
  AR PL KaitiM GB,文鼎ＰＬ简中楷:style=Regular
