You need to use

    \begin{CJK}{Bg5}{akab}

here.

Have you installed the ‘texlive-cjk-latex-extras’ package?

Please install this if you have not yet done so and have a look
into /usr/share/doc/packages/texlive-cjk-latex-extras/README.SuSE.

I’m very sorry about that, the names I used in the \begin{CJK*}
statements for the Arphic fonts until openSUSE <= 10.2 are unfortunately
used for something else now in the CJK-LaTeX part of TeXLive.
