Updated packages on M17N & M17N:Devel repos

Hi,

JFYI for a few updated packages on M17N and M17N:Devel repos:

- uim is updated to 1.5.6.  The crash bug with the recent xorg was fixed
  in this version, and it seems working fine as long as I've tested.
  It was also merged into FACTORY now.

- scim-chewing and libchewing are updated to 0.3.3 and 0.3.2,
  respectively.  The former update was already merged to FACTORY while
  the latter is still pending.

- mlterm is updated to 2.9.4 released version together with build
  fixes for FACTORY.

- The pending LinuxLibertine 0.4.4 was merged into FACTORY now.

- fontconfig is updated to 2.7.0 on M17N:Devel for testing.
  No big breakage is expected by this minor version up.
  Will be submitted to M17N and FACTORY in the next week unless any
  serious bug is found.

- IBus packages are available on M17N:Devel for testing.
  I've tested only ibus-anthy.  Tests of other IM engines are
  appreciated.

Note that ibus has a higher priority (a symlink number in
/etc/X11/xim.d), thus this would be chosen as the default when
installed.  Though, judging from the functionality right now, I 
don't see any serious reason to switch the default IM from SCIM to
IBus.  Let's see the development and define later which one to
take...
