wadalab.map missing

Also, the Wadalab fonts seem to be not fully integrated.

When saying

     sudo /sbin/SuSEconfig --module cjk-latex

I get near the end

I followed the hint and commented wadalb.map out using `updmap --edit', but wouldn't it be better
to have the Wadalab fonts, which I have already installed in CID-keyed form
