Well, openSUSE distro is built from OBS repos.  And, this sort of
packages isn't appropriate for OBS, thus it can't be bundled with
openSUSE distro.  Keeping the package in OBS allows everyone to create
a new image that doesn't belong to the category, for example.
(I wonder even openSUSE distro itself is no longer Novell product,
too.)

Note that the SLE-distros are built from different (internal) BS, thus
they can contain such packages without problems.

In short, we should push more cleaner open-source fonts for OBS and
openSUSE distros.
