Deprecate some ibus-table-* packages

Hi,

now I submitted ibus stuff in M17N repo to FACTORY.  Some packages are
still under evaluation by autobuild team, but the basic packages have
been checked in.

I looked through the package list, then found that some ibus-table-*
packages still remain like below.
	ibus-table-jyutping
	ibus-table-xinhua
	ibus-table-zhengma
	ibus-table-zhuyin
	ibus-table-ziranma

The web page of ibus shows that they are deprecated.  Can we drop these
packages, or any usefulness to keep them?
