IM package update status

Hi,

this is JFYI, ibus-table-chinese was checked into FACTORY now, so
the next 12.1 milestone will contain almost all updated ibus
packages.

uim was updated to 1.7.1.  Now it supports GTK3 as well.

Besides that, there have been a few package splits and renames in
M17N-related packages, e.g. m17n-lib.

We have sunpinyin-related packages, too, but they are found only in
M17N repo.  If these should appear in FACTORY, too, feel free to
submit.

Also, recently mozc package is merged to M17N repo.  It still won't
be installed as default, but user can install it manually now more
easily from central M17N repo.

The IM-support in 11.4 was fairly bad, unfortunately, I must say.
For avoiding such a thing in the next release, don't hesitate to speak
up here for any problems with the new packages / systems.
