A strange patch is published from M17N:fonts (by mistake?)

Hello M17N maintainers,

I found that a patch named "M17N_fonts" is distributed from the M17N:fonts repo.
Its summary and description are empty.

I cannot see bnc#786092 mentioned by it since I don't have rights to see.

Since this patch try to change vendors of some fonts packages
from openSUSE to M17N:fonts, "zypper patch" reports problem.


Was this patch published by mistake?
