[M17N]Drop SLE_10/SLE_11/SLE_11_SP1/openSUSE_11.4/openSUSE_12.1, add SP3.

Hi, listmates,

I'm planning to drop SLE_10, SLE_11, SLE_11_SP1, openSUSE 11.4 and
openSUSE_12.1 repos and add SLE_11_SP3 repo to M17N.

Reasons:

For SLE:

* I'm not sure about the history of M17N repo. But in my view, the SLE
repos to be dropped are very old (even SuSE didn't sell them for a
while).
* Seldom people actually use those repos, they're just wasting our resources.
* Even if there's still very few people who are using obsolete SLEs, I
suppose they're not using packages from M17N at all because this is a
repo for local packages. Who will use an input method on a GUI-less
server?

For openSUSE 11.4/12.1:

* They're EOL.

Instead, we'll:

* add the new SLE_11_SP3 repo for SLE users.
* add Evengreen repo for users who prefer LTS.
* keep SLE_11_SP2 for a while to make users' migration to SP3 smooth.

Any comments/suggestions?
