Fcitx 4.2.8 hit in M17N (and 13.1)!

Hi, listmates,

I'm pleased to announce that our M17N team has successfully packaged
and shipped fcitx 4.2.8 released earilier today, GMT -0400 NY Time.

For early testers, you can add M17N repo and update. Or you can wait
for 13.1 M3 (seems).

NOTICE

Western people can also use "keyboard" input methods in fcitx to speed
your life up. It has m17n-lib map support, spell checking and even
word prediction with the help of presage (A Cambridge western language
model).

The highlights for non-Chinese people:

Core
* New dbus-based tray icons
* Polished desktop notifications
* Disable status bar by default, so make you more concentrate on your work.
* Some built-in "quick phrases", eg: emoji.

Cloudpinyin
* It was a feature for Chinese to find the more accurate words. But
yes, its public servers are provided by research/IME companies which
upstream has no interest in. Then some users outside China reported a
security bug about censorship and Communist China.
This update will let you disable it by short-cuts

Hangul
* Fixed a blocker bug: Google Code #696

Libpinyin
* Now you can download user-contributed dictionaries online from
sogou.com (A Chinese IME company providing free-of-charge software and
service)

M17N
* We update its backend m17n-lib/m17n-db/libotf/m17n-contrib to the
latest upstream versions

Japanese
* Fedora 19 introduced a new JP IME named "libkkc", it's based on
marisa language model. But it ships IBus frontend "ibus-kkc" only
(We'll have it too in 13.1)
* openSUSE is the first ditribution ships fcitx-kkc. Thanks to my push
and upstream's will to listen & great hard work

PACKAGER TODO

* Check out if there're more out-dated dependencies and update'em.
* Test on GNOME 3.9 and further versions (GNOME integrates IBus since
3.6, so all other IM frameworks need to find their own way to survive.
We hope it "just works" but there may be bad luck everyday.)

PS: Its core devs are all studying in the United States now, one in
MIT for bachelor and one in Stonybrook for PHD. So eastern US
LUGs/Conferences are welcome to ask them to give lightening talks
about how input methods work in design and reality. And if you can,
buy them beers (I gave them openSUSE Chinese T-Shirts aka the version
I published on G+ for this release)
