Missing M17N packages on openSUSE Leap

Hi,

currently there are many M17N packages missing in openSUSE Leap (aka
openSUSE:42), and we need the decision whether to keep maintaining for
Leap or not.

Below is the list of packages that are on 13.2 but missing on Leap.
If anyone wants to keep packages there on Leap, feel free to do
submitreq.  Typically, you can do it like:

   % osc sr openSUSE:Factory/$PACKAGE openSUSE:42

where $PACKAGE is the package name you want to submit.
