Well...I don't know if we can detect screen resolution in fontconfig...but maybe
small screen "definitely" has smaller DPI or something we can take advantage of?

Well...I really don't know about the difference of proportional and monospace...
but there's monospace for Noto CJK JP...can you give me some links so that I
can catch up?

Yes...I read that before. It's really the time for us to support
emoji/colored symbol by default.

But first I need to ping darix hard to set up an upstream
github.com/openSUSE/fonts-config for us.

For years...we just modify the source tarball of fonts-config package
to include new tweaks.

That's not good.
