probably best place for any help with LaTeX/TeX is your country TeX User Group - try www.dante.de. 

good idea is to send preamble of your LaTeX file, and coments obtained during processing 
with latex your cjk file.

LaTeX is great - I use it for my self. Now I have no problems with using Japanese and Polish together.
