Bild ruckelt zeitweise

Hallo Leute,

ich hab ein paar Filme auf der Festplatte. Und wenn ich mir sie ansehe, 
passiert es hin und wieder, dass die Audiospur weiterläuft, aber das 
Bild stehenbleibt. Es ist dann pixelartig dargestellt. Ich vermute, dass 
es mit den Festplattenzugriffen zusammenhängt.
Kennt jemand das Problem, oder hat gar eine Idee?
Als Wiedergabeprogramm nutze ich vlc.
