lavc ist ja die libavcodec aus ffmpeg. Das verwendet also auch nur
die libx264. Genau wie ffmpeg. -ovc x264 verwendet die lib halt direkt.

Das skaliert auf 240x192 Pixel. I.d.R. sind übrigens die Defaults
sinnvoll gewählt.
