Flash Videos ruckeln

Hallo,

wenn ich ein Flash Video wiedergebe, z.B. von der ZDF Mediathek sehe ich eine 
regelrechte Diashow. Was ist da los? Liegt das am Flash Plugin? Ich habe Flash 
10 installiert. Unter Windows Vista ist es dasselbe Trauerspiel, also nichts 
Linux spezifisches. CPU ist ein Athlon XP 2200+ (1800 Mhz), das reicht 
eigenltich für die Wiedergabe von fast allem, an der WLAN-Anbindung liegt es 
auch nicht. Ist das ein bekanntes Problem? Gibt es Workarounds?
