Microphone not works

Hello Mates, since one week (or 2) my Microphone not worked. Before one week it works good. I can hear Music, and if i spoke into the Microphone, i hear me in the Speakers. But if i start audacity, no input comes to the Program. I'm have trouble with Skype, too. Before one week, i can phone exactly. But if i call the testbot, i can't hear my voice in the bot. I've checked the KMix. Microphone is as "recording" marked in KMix, and the +20db is activated too. I've an Soundcard on Board with Nforce3 chipset, and AC'97 compatibility. I've attached an Report made by alsatroubleshooting.
