I just checked this last night reinstalled openSuSE 11.3 M2 and there is 
not a /etc/init.d/mpd script found.  What/where does mpd found?

By the way I lived about 3 miles from the crash site in Austin for about 
6 years.  For those interested the building it was near 183 and Mopac to 
360 on the S side of 183.
