ffmpeg or anything that has mpeg in the name is prohibited in the
openSUSE build service, "crippled" is the term used to describe what the
pre_checkin.sh script does to the original tarball when it removes the
prohibited parts, blender-2.49b has one but blender-2.5x had the
internal ffmpeg and friends removed and simply has the option to build
with external ffmpeg. I'm not sure but lack of ffmpeg might even affect
the avi creation/read part, I must check on this.
