SA for media files works like the GPL for software: to redistribute them you must use the same or compatible license.

CC-BY-SA is an allowed license for media files in the KDE project: http://techbase.kde.org/Policies/Licensing_Policy

Following this policy, the bundled songs in KMid2 source package are licensed under the CC-BY-SA or GPLv2.
