The last change to the package was a patch added around 27 September 2010
The last update seems to have been 20 March 2006 but has been actively maintaned with patches by openSUSE since then.

grip-3.2.0-312.1 is available for openSUSE 11.4 from :
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/multimedia:/apps/openSUSE_11.4
Don't know why it was dropped from 11.4 though, there's no indication in the change log but it's most probably no longer maintained upstream.
