Seeing as 2mandvd comes from Packman and the multimedia:libs mjpegtools is crippled, yes.
I'll have a look and maybe require a part of mjpegtools that's not in the crippled package.
mjpegtools is old and a problem update otherwise version 2.0.0rc1 would exist. I filed a bug upstream about library naming and versioning 
but it's still not resolved.
