Not yet. Try

e.g. clive-2.3.1.1-1.1.noarch.rpm from
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/dnh/

It needs 'quvi-0.2.19' from the devel:libraries:c_c++ repo (I should
add the recommends there, it works without, but hardly useful ;)

I've just committed the package perl-FlashVideo-Downloader (clean
build, standard perl procedure) it should appear soonish in
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/dnh:/perl/.

For both repos: choose your openSUSE version and add the repo, or
download manually (both packages are 'noarch') or search with
software.o.o (including homes) and use 1-Klick-Install.
