Tools that can't do the now widely used MPEG4 and H264, like 2.5.6, are 
obsolete, so I was thinking in terms of getting the obsolete version on the 
mirrors updated, and saving others the agony of the obstacles I've hit trying 
to be able to move transport stream files into file types that most media 
players are happy to play, and strip commercials, leaders and trailers to 
reduce file size and playback time.
