Not to me. Maybe you can compile. I can't. I depend on Packman, standard 
repos, and where feasible, rpm packages in home repos to provide what I need.

I already told some of what I want:

1-remove commercials, leaders and trailers

2-convert to readily playable, FFable, REWable, skipable, pausable container 
like MKV. This is because I have multiple models of AZBox player/recorders 
that only play .ts files they wrote but not what the others wrote, yet will 
play common A/V files of various container types. I need to convert to a 
format playable by all so that I need not depend on the original creator to 
be able to play it years later after its death, sale or other non-availability.

3-combine recordings that were split by recorder into multiple .ts files of 
no more than 4GB each for saving to VFAT. Simple catting produces a glitch at 
the splice by the one STB that can actually play such a file recorded by another.

http://fm.no-ip.com/Big/bbt22020120824.ts is the smallest I could find, about 
29 minutes, 2.1GB.
