Re: Continued Problems with Sound

I was wondering if you maybe had a built-in plus your card.  I may be
wrong by now, but I believe KDE and Alsa has problem with more than one
card.  You didn't mention KDE, but I'm betting here...
I had that problem at first, but don't use KDE much anymore, and have NO
problems with two different brand cards under any other window manager,
my pref being icewm.
The problem with KDE may well have been addressed by now, but I noticed
it when I went from S8.1 to S8.2
