I would suggest xanim.  It is old, but I believe that it was included with
suse 7.3 pro.  You can also download the source from here:
http://smurfland.cit.buffalo.edu/xanim/home.html

I was able to play your clip on my system using xanim, and the sound
seemed to work for me.
