Suse 9.1 and hauppage WintV Nexus-S model 564

Hello All,

I added a DVB-S card, hauppage WintV Nexus-S model 564,
to my system.

However, I can't get it working although the card seems to be recognized:
/*Yast2 doen't know it */

Can someone assist me in getting this up and running?

Xaw gives a black screen

lspci -v gives me:
