Were are Multimedia Option Packs for SUSE 10.0?

Hello.

Like a normal user, I want to play my multimedia files
(i.e. mpg) on my SUSE 10.0.

I've found on the web some tutorials for 9.3 version
that says to use YOU and install the Multimedia Option
Packs, but I've tried to do the same with my 10.0, and
any Multimedia Option Packs are showed on packages
list.

What I have to do?
