Oracle on Netapp; 8.1.7 certified on UL-1.0 (SLES-8)

Dear SuSE customers,

We have added a few new items on our SuSE-Oracle pages at 
http://www.suse.com/oracle/

1) During the last week SuSE and Netapp (www.netapp.com) did some 
integration testing at Netapp HQ in Sunnyvale. The result will be a 
technical document written by Netapp showing how to install Oracle 9iR2 
RAC using a Netapp NFS shared storage system. We have made the short 
ASCII text available on our pages already. We have found that using 
Netapp is one of the easiest methods for Oracle RAC deployment!

2) Oracle 8.1.7 (without OPS) has been certified for United Linux 1.0. 
9.0.1 is done (without RAC) but still needs to be announced officially. 
The iAS and OCS certifications are in progress.
