Yes.

I already install Oracle 10g R2 on SLES 10 about 3 box and 2 for dataguard.
About 1 - 2 months the Oracle struck, every box have at least 1 time.
My application can't connect to the server.
Sqlplus can't connect, so can't shutdown the Oracle.
A lot of oracle process if I run TOP. CPU utilization 35 %- 50 %.
I must reboot the server.

I think this is same symptom, isn't it?

Planning to apply patch 3.
