OK.

I will run a few tests tomorrow (I checked one other system which I upgraded 
and found that it have filesystemio_options=none), may be using VMWare 
guest, and then file a bug.

Just downgrade the kernel to the ## 287 works well (rpm -U -oldversion ...)

PS. Testing quality again... There are a few configurations that should be 
tested for all updates. They includes:
- RAC cluster @ OCFSv2
- RAC cluster @ ASM
- DataGuard standby (better 2, LS and PS) on file system and on ASM.

Please open bug with Novell Support to investigate. I am suspecting this 
could be side effects of fix provided for __aio_run_iocbs bug: Bugzilla # 
165140
