Hi, Martin. Three remarks, maybe usefull: 1) SLES10 SP1 is, de facto, full OS and not an upgrade (but it can upgrade from SLES10 release). It is reaklly 4 CD. Development tools are in separate package, SDK (don't remember exact name), applicable to SLES or SLED. 2) DVD set has (sometimes, I am not sure about SLES10 SP1) more rpm's compared with CD set - I remember when source rpm's was available on DVD only. So, DVD disk size can be more then summary of all CD disk sizes. 3) If you have PAX network boot on your servers, you can install everything from network (using iso images on http or NFS server and simple tftpboot + DHCP autoinstallation config).
