Hi Alexei,

This is not the bug you are referring (SLES9 - fixed in .312) as I have verified myself on SLES10 (SP2) i.e. rman works fine. Moreover this issue doesn't occur on reiserfs (as reported). 

I will highly recommend filing bug with NTS with steps to reproduce to get analyzed and fixed.
