Thank you for your information.
So I must update the kernel to used Async I/O correctly.

I installed the 10gR2 by default and get SPFILE parameter 'disk_asynch_io=true'
So if I want disable the aio is enough to set 'disk_asynch_io=false' 
and no need to touch Oracle Library.

I just read again hand on by Arun, Oracle 10g R2 (10.2.0.1) on SUSE 
LINUX Enterprise Server 9 :

Is that correct that with only this parameter will make the aio disable?

7. Async I/O : Enable by Default

Unlike previous releases this is enable by default.
You can disable/enable using init.ora parameters.
You can check /proc/slabinfo if kio values are increasing while async 
i/o is in use.
i.e. cat /proc/slabinfo | grep kio
