It is not possible. Install Vmware ESXi (which is free) onto your hardware, 
or install Server2 Beta (which is in excellent quality, but youy should use 
VC client to manage it and not their urgly web interface) onto your SLES10 
SP2 (it works great). Don't use multi cpu mode for your guest(s) - it can 
cause performance problems when your host dont have VT feature.

Be adviced that Win2K8 uses a crazy activation, so you can change ## of CPU 
but ytou can't change ## or memory without reactivation.

PS. Btw, in some cases VT bit is just disabled in the bios. So, check your 
bios first of all.
