One of my box is installed with SLES10 SP2 X64. The box is having only one 9GB disk. The partition looks like bellow. /dev/cciss/c0d0p1 Linux -> Mounted as /boot (100 MB) /dev/cciss/c0d0p2 Linux LVM -> The partition is having 2 LVs(root_lvol, and swap_lvol) and the VG name is "system". These 2 LVs occupied entire space from the VG. I have exposed one iSCSI LUN from another SLES10 SP2 box to this box, and i have added that iSCSI device to "system" VG. After adding, when i rebooted the box, when the box is booting, the box keep on throwing the messages like bellow. Couldn't find device with UUID 'XXXXXXXXXX' Couldn't find all physical volumes for volume group 'system' volume group "system" not found. I understood that iSCSI device is the cause for this problem. Anyone give some hint, how can i overcome this problem, how can i boot the box ? Thank you. _______________________________________________ suse-sles-e mailing list [email protected] http://listx.novell.com/mailman/listinfo/suse-sles-e
