[suse-oracle] OCFS2 problem

Good evening to all

Apologies if posting to two lists is not appropriate, I am simply looking for as much insight as possible.

Background:
-         SLES 10 SP2 64bit, with latest kernel update (will be upgraded to SP3)
-         Ocfs2 file system
-         Performing fsck.

Error message is as below. What is problem here? Did anybody face it before?
