The SDK can be downloaded from here:

Once you have the ISO, you can register it as an add-on product on the machine -
see this document for details:

  http://www.novell.com/support/viewContent.do?externalId=7007133

During the SDK registration the update channels for the SDK are automatically
set up on the machine, so you can then get patches for the SDK exactly like you
would get patches for SLES (YaST Online Update, zypper).
