Hi Yann,
very interesting post. We have 10gR2 and cannot change it now.
Do you know if CPU_COUNT parameter realy says to oracle how many CPUs to
use? And that it would be possible to reduce CPU usage by specifying
cpu_count=15 on 16CPU system?
