Upgrade the firmware if you have not yet done, install the Proliant Support Pack to have right drivers or install the individual drivers for your NIC, then start Oracle installation...

If this is a bug with SP3, and (per my sysadmin) my hardware* isn't compatible with lower service packs, can that mean that no one has ever set up a RAC cluster on this hardware?
